Email is great. It’s quick, easy to use, cheap and can be very impactful. Once you’ve got everything set up, for a fraction of a penny you can drop a line to a potential or current customer, keep in touch, and maybe even get a new sale.
The problem is though that email can be terribly misused. Sending emails that get sent to straight the spam folder, that won’t open properly, even sending so many emails that you alienate the very people that you were trying to talk to.
